Introduction

A partnership deed is a partnership agreement between the partners of a firm that outlines the terms and conditions of the partnership between the partners. The purpose of a partnership deed is to provide a clear understanding of the roles of each partner, which ensures the smooth running of the operations of the firm.

Document Required:

  1. 1. A certified original copy of the partnership agreement
  2. 2. Partner’s documents ( PAN Card and Aadhar or Driving License)
  3. 3. Firm address verification (rent agreement and utility bills (gas, landline, or electricity))
  4. GST registration
  5. 5. Specimen of an affidavit certifying that all the details mentioned in the partnership deed and documents are correct.
  6. 6. Application for registration of a partnership, i.e. Form 1
