Partnership Registration
Introduction
A partnership deed is a partnership agreement between the partners of a firm that outlines the terms and conditions of the partnership between the partners. The purpose of a partnership deed is to provide a clear understanding of the roles of each partner, which ensures the smooth running of the operations of the firm.
Document Required:
- 1. A certified original copy of the partnership agreement
- 2. Partner’s documents ( PAN Card and Aadhar or Driving License)
- 3. Firm address verification (rent agreement and utility bills (gas, landline, or electricity))
- GST registration
- 5. Specimen of an affidavit certifying that all the details mentioned in the partnership deed and documents are correct.
- 6. Application for registration of a partnership, i.e. Form 1
